ABOUT HAAS UPHOLSTERY
2nd Generation MN Upholsterer...
I am a 2nd generation Minnesota upholsterer. My father had an upholstery business located in the Brainerd Lakes area and I grew up learning about the world of upholstery there until I left for college. After college I tried my hand in the corporate world but never got quite comfortable being in a cubicle for 40+ hours a week. After realizing that path wasn't for me, I was finally ready to give upholstery a true shot! I had the pleasure of apprenticing under my father and co-managing his shop from 2014 until his retirement in 2022. My father was a true craftsman in the world of upholstery, but above all, he treated his customer's with respect and honesty. He was always more than willing to work with his customers and to do what was right for them, even if that came at his own expense. I learned the in's and out's of upholstery through him and have carried that over to my own business. Quality & integrity are top priorities for me along with making my customers happy. The best part of my job is seeing the excitement a customer has when I return their upholstered item back to them. It's a feeling that you can't put a price tag on!
